Job Description

Flagger Force is hiring a Call Center Specialist (Part Time) in our operations service center to join its team of professionals dedicated to keeping communities moving.

Flagger Force is establishing safe work-zones throughout the entire Mid-Atlantic region with approximately 900 trucks on the road and providing career opportunities to over 1,600 full-time employees. We have 11 operating locations, including our operations service center in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.


Schedule: Weekend Shift - Must be flexible

    • Sat and Sun mandatory
  • Hours 
    • 20 - 30 hours a week

The Call Center Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume call center environment for the industry leader in traffic control safety.

As our Call Center Specialist, you will:

  • Assist with employee and equipment dispatch
  • Efficiently gather information from employees and clients in order to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Assist with tracking of company equipment
  • Communicate with regional facilities to ensure exceptional traffic control service throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Specialize in employee relations
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service, Dispatching and/or Call Center experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly pick up on new computer systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great time management skills
