Flagger Force is hiring a Call Center Specialist to join its team of professionals dedicated to keeping communities moving.

The Call Center Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume call center environment for the industry leader in traffic control safety.

The employee will start on an 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM shift, while in training.  Once training is complete (1-2 weeks), employee will move to their permanent shift (8 hour shift, a start time ranging from 6 - 11 AM).

  • For Example, your shift may end up being 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM depending on where your skill set fits in best with the team. 

As one of our Call Center Specialists, you will:

  • Assist with employee and equipment dispatch
  • Efficiently gather information from employees and clients in order to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Assist with tracking of company equipment
  • Communicate with regional facilities to ensure exceptional traffic control service throughout the Mid-Atlantic region

Job Requirements

Must haves:

  • 1-2 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and/or Call Center experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to pick up on new computer systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great time management skills
