Flagger Force is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join its Response Team of professionals dedicated to keeping communities moving.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume call center environment for the industry leader in traffic control safety.

This position is 3rd shift, starting between 8 pm and 10 pm (we are flexible on the start time, but ask that it be consistent). Eight to ten hour shifts are available.

We do require that one shift be on Friday, Saturday OR Sunday night.

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you will:

  • Assist with employee and equipment dispatch
  • Efficiently gather information from employees and clients in order to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Assist with tracking of company equipment
  • Communicate with regional facilities to ensure exceptional traffic control service throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and a smooth transition in the morning

Job Requirements

Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and/or Call Center experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly pick up on new computer systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great time management skills
