Flagger Force is hiring 3 Customer Service Representatives to join its team of professionals dedicated to keeping communities moving.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume call center environment for the industry leader in traffic control safety.

The hours for the Customer Service Representative will be Monday - Friday 11 AM - 8 PM.

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you will:

  • Assist with employee and equipment dispatch
  • Efficiently gather information from employees and clients in order to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Assist with tracking of company equipment
  • Communicate with regional facilities to ensure exceptional traffic control service throughout the Mid-Atlantic region

Job Requirements

Must haves:

  • 1-2 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and/or Call Center experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly pick up on new computer systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great time management skills
