We are currently seeking a motivated individual to cover one of our full-time Customer Service Rep positions. Schedule to be determined, Monday-Friday.

 This person will specialize in:

  • Employee and equipment dispatch
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Customer service in a high phone call volume environment
  • Asset tracking
  • Communicating with other regional offices to properly service the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Employee relations
  • Aspects of Human Resources and Customer Service 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess:

  • 1-2 years of Dispatching, Customer Service, and/or Call Center experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly pick up on new computer systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great time management skills
