Flagger Force is hiring a Payroll Coordinator to join its team of professionals dedicated to keeping communities moving.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the weekly field employee payroll process for the industry leader in traffic control safety.

Our Payroll Coordinators ensure our 1600 office and field staff are paid accurately, and on time, every week. In this role, you will review timesheets and reconcile payroll discrepancies, and will work closely with our local faciities to resolve payroll issues efficiently.

Flagger Force realizes the value in developing its employees, and this position is a great stepping stone to other opportunities within the organization.

Previous Payroll Coordinators have moved on to leadership roles within the Finance Department and some have transferred their talents to other departments.


Job Requirements

Must Haves:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office software systems
  • Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and reasoning skills
