Job Description

Flagger Force, the industry leader in traffic control safety, is growing and is adding Recruiters to its growing Talent Acquisition Team!

The primary functions are prescreening Crew Member candidates over the phone to determine suitability for the Crew Member position with Flagger Force, scheduling candidates for in-person interviews, assisting with interviews and performing New Hire Orientation.

You will support our Talent Acquisition process by also performing the following functions:

  • Research recruiting resources for assigned branches and develop relationships with those resources
  • Conduct regular follow-up with manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting resources and prescreens
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Confirm interview appointments with candidates via phone, text and email
  • Assist with entering New Hire Orientation paperwork as needed
  • Assist with monitoring success of new hires at 30, 60 and 90 days
  • Assist with performing exit interviews

This position is based out of our Eastern PA Facility located in Glen Burnie MD.

Job Requirements

Associate Degree preferred

1-2 years of administrative, call center or recruiting experience preferred

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
